It was initially hard to get pricing over the phone with the old trick of saying that I needed to come in to the dealership to get pricing. When I pushed back, I got MSRP pricing with no discount, and only the old trick of saying that I needed to come in to the dealership to get pricing. They tried to pull a trick at the end of my deal and offer me less for my trade than a competitor which was annoying. Also the car I was originally looking at was sold, but I had already driven down to the store. Overall a pretty mediocre experience, nothing special. More
