My cousin referred me to Darnell after I had a bad encounter with an "old school" salesman at a different dealership. I was so frustrated and ready to throw in the towel and just keep the car that I a encounter with an "old school" salesman at a different dealership. I was so frustrated and ready to throw in the towel and just keep the car that I already had. I hadnt called before arriving and Darnell was helping 2 other customers. He handled everything smoothly and knows how to distribute his time evenly. I never felt forgotten about or ignored. Service rep did not check what maintenance plan we had before quoting price. Then the price he said it would be once we informed him was greater than what was quoted.
