I made an appointment and dropped my car off for service last Monday. Anthony took my car and told me it would be done by EOD Tuesday or sooner, so I left. 30 Minutes later I get a text from EJ saying to us last Monday. Anthony took my car and told me it would be done by EOD Tuesday or sooner, so I left. 30 Minutes later I get a text from EJ saying to use that text message thread to contact them regarding my service. The next day (Tuesday), I did not hear anything. I was off that day, I wanted to get my car as promised, so I messaged EJ and got no response. I wait until Wednesday, after several more messages that were ignored, EJ finally calls me at 10:30 am (they open at 7 am) says my car will be done at the end of day. I said, it is not that big a job, it was supposed to be done yesterday so I guess nothing was done to it at all on Tuesday. His excuse is that Anthony was off Tuesday, and so it was assigned to him. The problem is I got a text from him on Monday, so it was assigned to him then, so nothing to do with Anthony being off. I reminded him to apply my 15% discount, and he said he would. He calls me back at 3:55 to tell me my vehicle is ready and that they are there until 6:30, am I coming to pick it up? I say yes, I will be there. Leave work early since the car was not ready on Tuesday, on my way there and he called me again at 5:15 saying he is leaving at 6, Am I coming? I say yes, you said 6:30 before but I will be there. Then he says he stays past 6 so whatever. I get there before 6. Wait for a while until he showed up, no one else (there were 5 or 6 of them sitting there) even offered to assist me. Finally comes in and he says he gave me this discount and that. So, I pay the bill and leave. Get in car and tire pressure low light comes on 1 mile down the road. I also notice a scrapping noise when I hit a bump. Get home and check the bill and he gave me 100 off for my coupon but the coupon is good for 15% up to 150 so he does not even know the coupons they offer. The next day he sends me a survey link asking for 5 stars. I reply to text and say hey here is copy of coupon, you shorted me, it is good for up to 150 off not 100. No response. I waited a while and texted him again, the receipt said they did 25-point inspection, but I did not receive an inspection report. NO response. I waited a while, texted him, and said you had the car for three days and did not even wash it. No response So, the next day, I check my tires and reset calibration, on way home from work I hear scrapping again. Start looking around, got down on hands and knees with flashlight and I can see the engine undercarriage cover hanging down a couple inches, bolts missing. Thankfully, it did not catch on speedbump, or it would have been bad. I go to survey link and instead of leaving review, I click the contact us first so we can fix it button. I put all this in and say I want my panel fixed and bolts replaced. This is Saturday at about 9 am. No response all day. Sunday, I bought my own bolts and put the car on ramps to discover cover was installed wrong and bolts were missing. I adjusted the front part of the cover and installed the bolts I purchased, but I still have an unrelated vibration rattle from the back of car, something THEY did because it was not there before. I will have to get my flashlight later and try to figure out what they did. So here it is Monday and E.J sends me another link asking for 5 stars in the same text thread where I asked him about all these things and he ignored me. Had they just fixed my issue, I may have let it go but they did not, and I still have a problem. Also never got my 50 dollars back, never got my inspection report, never got my missing bolts, still have vibrating noise and even when I told him he did not deserve one star – he ignored that too. Not sure they even did the work on my car. Do yourself a favor, if you do go here and EJ comes out to help you, Drive AWAY. More
Brought my Accord in for an oil change.
