Took car in for suggested service, Brake fluid exchange and rear brake pad replacement and rotor turning. Made appointment with Carlos, dropped Honda Pilot at the scheduled time, told it would be done by 1 and rear brake pad replacement and rotor turning. Made appointment with Carlos, dropped Honda Pilot at the scheduled time, told it would be done by 10:30 am, service completed by 10 am. Very pleased with Findlay Honda and the service consultant Carlos. They always exceed my expectations. Carlos is well versed in the mechanics of cars and is very good at explaining need for the particular service, he is polite, professional, and courteous! I recommend Findlay Honda for service and Carlos as a consultant. More
This is a follow up to my review last month. Service manager called me to see what happened. I explained my review and told him I was also experiencing several issues I did not have prior to ser Service manager called me to see what happened. He said he would take care of it and send me a check for the 50 dollars I was overcharge. Agreement was since he was off the next day, as soon as we got off the phone he would to text me his contact info, he had called from the main honda line so I did not have his number. I was to text back what time would be there. Several days later he texted me and ask what happened. I said you never texted me your contact info, I did not even know his name. He turned it around on me and said he was sorry I misunderstood. That is not what happened but even if it did, trying to blame the customer you already screwed over is not the correct response from a "manager". Anyway, I told him I would get back to him when I could bring the car in but mail me my $50 dollar check. I finally got it 9 days later, 20 miles to go 9 days. I replaced the missing parts myself. Made an appointment next week at Honda west. This dealer use to have good service but now the techs and manger are both a disappointment to say the least. They only contact you when you leave bad reviews. BTW I bought this car here so I know what I am talking about. I will take my business elsewhere. More
On July 2, 2025, I visited Findlay Honda of Las Vegas for an oil change while in town for an extended trip. My service advisor, Fernando, was courteous, professional, and addressed my concerns thoroughly — w an oil change while in town for an extended trip. My service advisor, Fernando, was courteous, professional, and addressed my concerns thoroughly — which I appreciated. However, the individual who drove my vehicle was anything but professional. I personally watched as he jumped into my car and sped off at an excessive rate. He drove to a distant area of the lot, rolling the windows up while still moving, and — without coming to a complete stop — shifted abruptly from reverse into drive. Realizing I was a wait customer, he then floored the accelerator around the corner and came to a sudden, jarring stop in the other parking section. This kind of reckless behavior is completely unacceptable. The individual's short-sleeve polo shirt contained no Honda branding - no one provided the employee's name. With two Hondas, a Porsche, and a Lexus in our household, this is the first time we’ve ever felt compelled to write a negative review for a dealership. Due to this experience, I will not return to Findlay Honda on future visits to Las Vegas. More
