I was beyond completely satisfied. The team I feel went above and beyond to make sure that this potentially devastating repair was covered, and not only did this incredible task, but a The team I feel went above and beyond to make sure that this potentially devastating repair was covered, and not only did this incredible task, but also as a final surprise, I did not even need to pay for the diagnostic exam. I'm not one for brand loyalty in this day and age, as corporations always put their bottom-line agenda above any form of customer service, but I'm frankly, in a strange way, proud that I chose Kia after seeing how well they have honored their old warranties, and truly very grateful for the team's handling of this repair from start to finish. All of this is to say that I will continue to bring my vehicle to Findlay Kai for any and all future maintenance or repairs, and also keep Kia as a manufacturer in mind as my first choice when looking for future vehicle needs. :) More
