Overall, a good visit. Keeping me posted on the status of my vehicle could have been better. My primary rep was off on the second day and there did not appear to be a good handoff of my vehicle to another rep. Other than that everything was fine. I came in to have an oil change … the brakes were squeaking and the was noise coming from the engine after paying over 1200 bucks the problem still exist … when I pick the car up, the car fob did not squeaking and the was noise coming from the engine after paying over 1200 bucks the problem still exist … when I pick the car up, the car fob did not work, and the driver side door did not open from the fob.
