I had to bring my car back a couple times to figure out if my brakes were making noise but turns out it was a plate replacement. I was taken care of well and done in a timely manner. I scheduled a service appointment online and everything went exactly as promised. The technician found once item he/she recommended that I would expect at 76K miles. Great Maintenance! ! Now management they will do anything to approve you for a car but, when they sale you a 2024 recalled, Your xxxx out of luck!! They will do anything ! They will do anything in their power to provide/sale you a less valued car but your loan will still remain they same. It's ridiculous!! You feel like you just been cheated by CROOKS! You think they would do anything to accomadate for the inconvience. But, not when it is only inconvient to you. Your car worth can be 52,000 not including whole loan. Management will try to provide/sale you a car worth 20-30,000. Its all about their money. Like I said, sale employees, Maintenance, their basic employees, are great, Very family orientated. It is strictly management! They will act like they care but they only care about their money, not yours!! Just be careful best advise I am able to provide. Hope this helps.
