We just had our 2019 Toyota Rav4 serviced (brake fluid change and wheel alignment) and the experience was great as usual. Our service advisor, Matt Stanley, continues to provide awesome service (provided change and wheel alignment) and the experience was great as usual. Our service advisor, Matt Stanley, continues to provide awesome service (provided us with an Uber and back, as our appointment lasted 2.5 hours). Our vehicle was completed and washed and delivered at the exact time that was promised. We have been doing business with this dealer for six years (leased two vehicles and purchased the last one) and our experience has always been five stars! We will continue to do business with this dealership for service and future sales or leases. Also, the facility is very spacious and always clean and they provide complimentary coffee (with several choices). Out of all the dealerships we have dealt with over the years this dealership is top notch! More

Just purchased a 2022 RAV 4 Hybrid. She was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She was never pushy or dismissive. She just laid out all the facts for me to make an informed decision, and I appreciated that. She was patient and always had a positive attitude. Unlike other salespersons at other dealerships, she kept me informed and didn't blow me off. I could call/text her for the status, and she quickly updated me. She never tried to hide anything or make promises she couldn't keep.
