Tommy followed up with a phone call to make sure my dealer paperwork was sent to AK dmv and Anna called AK DMV to make sure she could convey to me the correct info as to how I could get temp plates while awaiting the processing of perm plates to be sent to me at my summer home in CA. More

A bad experience.. I was very disappointed with this dealership. I was shown one car and felt like I was pressured into buying it. I kept saying to the salesman( Michael I was very disappointed with this dealership. I was shown one car and felt like I was pressured into buying it. I kept saying to the salesman( Michael Rodriguez) that I could not afford that car and he kept saying mama you won’t get finance because of my credit score, I ask if he had anything else that he can show me but was very persistent with this car. I have a lot of complaints about this visit. I would not recommend my friends to this dealership. More

I walked in there needing a miracle to get out from under my vehicle loan and he didn't even blink at the challenge. I buy at least four cars a year and nobody can beat Findlay Toyota. I traded in my horrible loan and drove off lot in a brand new Tundra in less than two hours on a Saturday while the dealer was packed. These guys have perfected the car buying experience from sales, to finance all the way to teaching me everything I need to know about my new vehicle. TJ Summers made the paperwork so streamlined and simplified so I didn't have to sit at the dealership all day with a toddler. I enjoyed it so much that I will be back this weekend to buy a Sequoia for my wife. Thank you Mike, TJ and team for making the customers feel like family! Blown away by the size of this place. I made an appointment with Dave Glenn to test drive a 2019 Toyota Rav4 XSE Hybrid and loved it, but it wasn't the color I was looking for. I asked if they were receiving any more and Dave went and checked and they were receiving a blue one by the end of the following month. I decided to put a deposit down to hold for me. I told Dave that I wanted to come back the next day with the wife to test drive the car again he said he would be off and hooked me up with Tommy Winn. I made an appointment with Tommy and was a little hesitant because he seemed very young. I came back the next day with the wife and we fell in love with the Rav4 and really liked the silver and black finish and decided to make the purchase. Tommy was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the entire transaction. Very pleased with the overall process. This was the best buying experience I've every had at a dealership. Poor Experience. Go somewhere else Visited to help my girlfriend get a new Rav4. This is not our first car buying experience, and we had visited several other local Vegas dealerships in Visited to help my girlfriend get a new Rav4. This is not our first car buying experience, and we had visited several other local Vegas dealerships including Honda, ABC Hyundai and Autonation Toyota before coming in (by the way). I felt the salesmen we worked with were stereotypical car salesman that you see on tv. Two peopleworked as a team and kept changing numbers around and adding in hidden fees that we continually had to ask them to remove. We were flexible about price and didn’t force them to a specific number, but after doing our research on pricing and across several dealership visits, we had a good understanding of what we should be paying monthly (and over the total life of the loan). Long story short, after an awkward and somewhat heated discussion we walked out. We got a better premium model at a lower price than what was offered to us with MUCH less haggling at Autonation on Sahara. Would recommend never wasting your time haggling dollars with Findlay. Stressful experience and very impersonable. More
