This place continues to go downhill. Went in for the RAV4 recall - only to waste 2 hours of my business day to be told I didn’t need it due to my battery wasn’t a Toyota battery. Brian Short needs to be trained on his lack of leadership skills, customer service skills and from the thumbs up I received when I exited his office to share my disappointment.
