Use to be very good. The last two times, I brought my car in for service and the service writer, ( Trevor ) said it would be 1 1/2 hours. Not bad. Free coffee. But I will say they said I needed a a/c boost. So for 100.00 dollar more I said ok. So maybe an extra hour could be ok. But I haven't felt any difference. Trevor was very nice and friendly. More
Recieved a text showing my cabin filter and requesting the ok to replace it. I decided against that. I opted for a filter from Amazon which was delivered the next day at a cost of 25 - 30% of the dealers the ok to replace it. I decided against that. I opted for a filter from Amazon which was delivered the next day at a cost of 25 - 30% of the dealers offering. So I change out the filter which takes me under 2 minutes, and I really couldn't believe my eyes when I see that the tech literally put the dirty filter back, leaves and all, into the truck. Now, I would have figured that they would at least give it a little shake to knock off the dust and leaves before reinstalling it. I am just shaking my head. I took pics in case anyone cares. I know, it seems like such a little thing, but the little things are what usually can reveal some insight into the things that truly matter. I really do hope that this marginalized attitude was a very isolated event. More
This is my third car at Findlay and service has always been adequate. At times excellent and at times poor. Shaun (Service Advisor) is new to me and is very nice. I have always used Xavier Walker and am so sorry to hear about his accident. I hope he recovers soon. But now for my comments on this service. All went well until I went to retrieve my car at the cashier's desk. That's when I found out that things changed and now the service advisor takes payments when service is finished. So I left TWO cashiers who were doing nothing to sit at my Service Advisors desk for over 5 minutes while he was busy with another customer. What is wrong with y'all!!!??? A busy Service Advisor shouldn't be taking payments while TWO cashiers sit idle. What a screwed-up system! Who ever thought that one up should be fired! Get the payments back with the cashiers where it has always been. More
