This was my first time going to Findlay Toyota. The propose of my visit is to get an oil change on my 2011 Toyota Tundra that has 475,000 miles on it. I like the ease of checking in. There was some confusion of what service I wanted. I felt Richard was more into selling me service than understanding what I want. However, he was nice, patient, and eventually we got what needed to be done. I like the web based system where I could accept or decline what services needed to be done. Services do seem a little pricey. The waiting area was nice and comfortable. If I had to choose between auto service places, my priority would be price, reliability, trust over the convenience of the web based system and waiting area. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend if price isn’t the main factor. More
