Our experience with First Coast was positive throughout the entire process. We had the pleasure of working with Lonnie. Lonnie is both very fun to talk to and also very professional and knowledgeable about the vehicles he is working with. I met several people at First Coast in the process of purchasing my new car and my experience with everyone working at First Coast was very positive. Guy is a fantastic manager and absolute pleasure to work with as well. I truly felt like I made new friends and got myself an amazing vehicle in the process. After buying our new Subaru I drove 1300 miles north through all sorts of weather conditions and all sorts of different types of terrain. I had absolutely no problems. I most definitely would recommend anyone shopping for a new vehicle to check out First Coast. Five Stars all the way!!!! Can't wait to see you guys when we move to Jacksonville!!! More

Didn't even have the vehicle for 24hrs Purchased a vehicle from this place on a Saturday and by Sunday the engine was overheating. I reached out to the dealer and explained the issue. He se Purchased a vehicle from this place on a Saturday and by Sunday the engine was overheating. I reached out to the dealer and explained the issue. He sent a wrecker to retrieve the vehicle and about an hour later he sent us an accusatory text, saying how we abused the car and that the damage is not covered under the "Dealer Warranty", even though it states that the drive train is covered for 90 days or 3,200 miles (whichever occurs first). We had not even put 90 miles on the car and had not even had it for 24 hours Surprised by the way this guy was speaking to me, I gave him a call to see if he would honor his contract, but instead he proceeded to yell at me as if I were not a customer. This experience is weighing heavily on my family and as a result we are in even worse shape than we were before we decided to do business with these people. Not only are we locked into a car note for a lemon, but we're also out of our trade-in as well as our cash down payment. More

Untrustworthy They get you in a car then fail to comply with their own words/warranty and always have an excuse for not returning phone calls.
