Hyundai's Dave Sacco and Hanna Dufresne are awesome! Right off the bat David put me at ease and then guided me through the process. He introduced me to Hanna (who had already charmed my wife on the phone) and from that point on David and Hanna were my two new best friends. David helped me narrow down my vehicle search with a few simple questions and in no time he was showing me round a Tuscon Sport. It was a strange vomit-tomato colour, but we took it for a test drive anyway! I liked the turbo pick-up but in the end I bought a molten silver SE Plus AWD Tuscon because David had helped me select all the features I needed within my target budget. We test drove that one too and the pick up in sport mode is plenty adequate. David showed me all the new high tech electronic features I decided were must-haves; including blind spot alert, heated seats (I'm from FL and my bottom gets cold), and a NAV system with a voice command that really works. I had a great experience at Hyundai mostly because of David's and Hanna's total dedication and professionalism. More

I made an appointment for us to go to First Hyundai, and we were introduced to Mark Calzo, who guided us through the sales process. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we had a long wait time to go through the paperwork. Another car buyer had made their purchase 3 minutes before us. If we had been 4 minutes faster, they would have had a long wait. More

I'm overjoyed! I looked online for a,new car and was contacted by several people. I spoke with Lindsey, who explained WHY I may have been declined an what the process actually was She gave me hope that I could actually get a loan because I'm an independent contractor. She also explained the credit process for securing a loan . It was because of her that I actually went in. Then she paired me with Derek, who was so easy going and genuine. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. Once I picked a car I met with Rod, who searched for the best, least expensive loan for me and hereally went above and beyond to explain and to help me select the best payment option for my budget. I really appreciate every single person who helped me and I'm so excited to have,a beautiful new car that is SAFE and has awesome fuel economy!! I even gave a hug on my way out, snd you will too!
