Bought a $57k GMC Yukon XL Denali from them, but were not told their was not a 2nd key until closing docs. We went out there two or three times to test drive the car and no one said a word about not havi told their was not a 2nd key until closing docs. We went out there two or three times to test drive the car and no one said a word about not having a second key until, ironically, it was not told to us until after the docs were signed. Back in the day you’d go to Home Depot and make a copy, but these keys are very electronic and very remote start and you can’t just pick one up. It’s kind of a hassle, big hassle fo each of us. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone we feel bait and switched because now it’s our problem. We were told by the sales person that he’d “try” To get us a second key. I’m 45 years old I knew it wasn’t gonna happen, it’s an issue. If someone at the dealership cares, get me a second key and I’ll stop putting 1 star reviews everywhere. Thanks. 214-264-6187 More
