It was a very long and 'stressfull day. I went to 5 star and talked to Alfred, the best salesman on the floor. He listened and we looked at a few cars, and brought back a lease and purchase. while the lease was good till i knew that the car would total I was hesitant, Alfred got his boss and we discussed and his commented that i was a long and valued customer and I only had about 8 months on payments that they maybe could flip it and i would not have to deal with the insurance at all. So they went to bat for me and were successful in making it happen. I would give Alfred and everyone that helped 10stars if I could. More
