Stopped by Saturday to take a look at a couple of different models that I had not seen in person. William was gracious, and I test drove both models knowing that was I not going to purchase that day, different models that I had not seen in person. William was gracious, and I test drove both models knowing that was I not going to purchase that day, He was helpful in going over all the features, and explaining the different trim levels. After some research on the models, the following Tuesday i decided to move forward with a Bronco Sport. William made the process easy and simple. He started the process over the phone to expedite things, and i was in the dealership at 2PM and out by 3;15! Thanks to William for the kindness, and knowledge. He did not pressure me at any time to buy, which i truly appreciate. More
