John was good at relaxing me with general talk, mostly about barbecue, but also answered all my questions about the car. That after noon went back and met with Crystal about final deal. She had already worked up figures the day before. We came to an agreement on final deal and that was that. Easiest trip to dealership I have ever been thru, and I’ve been thru a lot in my days. Will definitely go back when I get ready to trade if they are still there. John brought me car to my house that afternoon with paperwork. Great job John and crystal. Thanks More

Drove 10 Hours to Buy From 5-Star We noticed a vehicle on their website that was similar to one we'd looked into at our local dealership. We had been searching for a new salesman since the one our family has used for years passed away, and were hoping the local dealership would be it, but we were disappointed. We had a very poor dealership locally so decided to give 5-Star a try. We emailed Jesus Valles about the Explorer we saw on the website, and within hours of asking for information, we had it in our email. Within a week of asking for details Jesus had us behind the wheel. We drove 10 hours, across state lines, to purchase the vehicle from Jesus at 5-Star simply because of the customer service we received. From the initial contact to the drive off the lot it was a FANTASTIC experience. We have found our new Ford house. Jesus is our guy, and this dealership rocks so hard we will drive 10 hours to buy from them EVERY TIME. More
