I want to thank bob nemri for overall helping me in my first purchase at a dealership and in the cojtinuing of fixing the vehicle i purchased. I also did not like the guy felipe intervening with the deal i had with bob.. the man would be complaining that he cant do this or that i asked to see the manager with felipe said he would bring him by but nothing instead bashar bob nemri cleared everything in the deal and i hope whatever deal bob gets from the sale that guy felipe is excluded since he did not do anything to help nor absolute nothing. More

Five Star Ford and Sam Limo I recently decided to purchase a newer vehicle for my daughter. We were looking at several makes and models. One of the models we were looking for was I recently decided to purchase a newer vehicle for my daughter. We were looking at several makes and models. One of the models we were looking for was the Ford Escape. I found several to choose from on the Internet 2 of them were at Five Star Ford. A few years ago I purchased a car for my son at Five Star Ford from Sam Limo. We called ahead and Sam said he would have the models ready for us to look at. Upon arriving at the dealership We asked for Sam and he had the 2 we were looking at ready. We looked at both models and chose to test drive a 2015 Escape. My daughter liked the vehicle. It was a Ford certifies pre-owned vehicle which gave me piece of mind. We told Sam we had another vehicle to review at another dealership and left. I called the other dealership and let them know we were on our way and we were interested in a vehicle at their location. I asked if the vehicle could be pulled up front for us to teview. The dealership said no they don’t have enough sales people to do that ( that should of been my first clue). Upon arriving at the next dealership (not a Five Star dealership)we were not greated right away or treated well. We waited for the sales person for 15 minutes and Still was not there. We test drove the vehicle but we felt better about the Ford Escape so I called Sam at Five Star and told him to get the vehicle we test drove ready as we were coming back and purchasing that vehicle. My advise to everyone is to start your search at Five Star Ford and ask for Sam Limo. You will be happy, satisfied and you will save time and money! More
