The service representative (Brandon) met me, provided an estimated time frame, and kept me updated throughout the morning about my vehicle's status. While changing my oil, the service tech discovered one tire had a nail. Five Star patched the hole at a very reasonable cost. Five Star did not try to "upsell" me at every step - an annoyance that has become commonplace at too many dealerships. Everyone at Five Star was courteous, efficient, and considerate of my time.
