Kind ,courteous and zero pressure. I visited a few times trying to narrow what I really wanted with my budget. I knew there were things I would have to give up compared to previous veh I visited a few times trying to narrow what I really wanted with my budget. I knew there were things I would have to give up compared to previous vehicle. Crystal and John were extremely patient. When I narrowed down to 2 and still had small doubts but made a decision, Crystal made a last search and put together what she knew would fix my doubts. I was very happy and impacted budget very little. Sam was awesome checking vehicles on the fly and also questions with after market items. 5Star Ford is not even my closet dealership but it is quality with friendliness!! More

Alfred listened to what I needed and the price range and immediately got on the ball and took me out and showed me the vehicles, we took them for a spin. He was very knowledgeable on the vehicle specs. We narrowed it down and I made my decision.
