He didn't seem rushed at all and made us feel very welcome. For that matter, everyone at the dealership did. The sales manager even came over to meet us and made sure that we got a good deal in our trade-in. We were very pleased. If there is one thing I could suggest for improvement - that would be just the length of time it took to get all the paperwork completed in the finance dept. We waited a very long time for that and it was really a pretty simple leasing deal. Don't get me wrong, all the people were very nice and professional, it was just painfully long. More
