I can tell him what I'm looking for over the phone, he gets it, and a price is agreed upon. I make the drive from Louisiana and when I arrive the truck is ready to go and paperwork ready to be signed. No haggling back and forth or running to a manager to see if they can go lower. The deal is still the same as what was discussed on the phone. Seems simple, but far to often salesmen will do that to you assuming once you've drove that far you will agree to it anyway. He is a no B.S. salesman that makes the buying process easy and as long as 5 star keeps their business practice the same and Lee keeps doing what he does, I'll continue to make the drive over. More

I stopped by Five Star Ford after going to several other Ford dealers around the metroplex, and ended up having to stay later than intended and not once did he complain. It was a Saturday and I was sure he wanted to be with his family, and he was insistent on wanting to find me the best deal possible for the car I wanted. He ran back and forth for hours trying to work the best deal possible for me, and was very attentive and willing to put the extra work in to make car buying as hassle-free as possible for me. Being a first-time buyer, I had no idea what to expect. John was so understanding and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of or being ripped-off. He even worked wonders trying to find different rebates that would work for me to get my price down, and into the monthly payment range I could afford. He truly makes you feel like you are his only worry in the world, and that is such a nice feeling while trying to find the vehicle you will be relying on for the next few years.
