Best Experience in a lifetime Mel at five star ford. Went above and beyond to make my car buying experience pleasurable. I searched through 20+ dealers. Every one was the same result they tell me one price then get to the lot and find out it was not what was listed online for. Or had every incentive added online known to man kind that no one could even qualify for. Mel told me a no BS price which was straight forward. PS which they were $2500 lower than any other dealer in Texas! So i drove nearly 5 hours to get to this dealer and it was the best choice I have ever made. They had such great deals that my wife ended up getting a new car as well! Then when we got to the financing side I dealt with Anthony Snyder. Surely if there was any hidden fees they would glare in the finance room. Once again it was exactly how Mel told me it would be. Straight forward in and out very well explained with no pressure gimmicks. More

We contacted Alfred the day before and set up a time to come in and look. He had 3 vehicles lined up for us to look at when we arrived based on what we had told him the day before. While test driving he took our car and had trade-in value stabled so were ready to sit down and work out our deal on the new car. Our deal was done and off to finance in less than an hour. Our "Tutman Experience" was excellent. We were in and our of there within 30 minutes and off in our new vehicle. We cant say enough good things about this dealership. You will never find another salesman like Alfred El-Darazi! He has the customer skills that I wish everyone would adopt!! We highly recommend this dealership, Alfred and Tut to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle! More

I did it all via email and never was called or pressured. I went to see the finance manager, Tut Edwards. My guard was up for being pressured to buy something at an over inflated price. I could not have been more wrong about this "high energy" guy. No pressure to buy anything. He did assist me on buying gap insurance and it was a better deal than I could have found anywhere. These guys will change your mind about car buying being painful. More
