I went directly to Five Star Ford and asked for Alfred, I did not bother to go to any other dealership. I knew that Alfred would take care of us like he did before, and he was wonderful. The first day when Alfred was with another customer, he introduced us to Alayna and she took the time to answer all my questions, find out any particulars, and showed us all the trucks we wanted to she...she was great! When we came back, Alfred took us on a test-drive, pointed out all the features, and helped us to decide which vehicle was best for us based on price. We walked through the entire process quickly and then he directed us to Kenny, who made the finance process quick and easy (he was also very funny). Finally, Alfred directed us to Sam who walked us through all the after-market features we would be interested in including now or in the future. Since the purchase I have received several emails and texts from Alfred asking how I liked the truck. I'm not sure when I will purchase another car or truck, but I know it will be for Five Star Ford, and I hope Alfred. More

Excelent Customer Service For the past two weeks we have been shopping for a truck. After comparing several we decided on the Ford Lariat and went to Five Star Ford in North Ri For the past two weeks we have been shopping for a truck. After comparing several we decided on the Ford Lariat and went to Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills. As everyone knows, car shopping and price negotiating can be very stressful and frustrating, however, we had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. We spoke with salesperson William May and he was very knowledgeable about Ford vehicles. We asked many questions and he never once said he had to look it up, ask or double check on it. We told him what we wanted and he immediately found exactly what we asked for. When we began negotiating the price, he was very honest and did his best to get us at the price and monthly payment we wanted. We continued the finishing process in the finance department with Freddy Valdovinos. It was already past closing time and yet the staff continued to be very helpful and not bothered by the time at all. Freddie made us feel right at home and began joking around. He had such a positive attitude even after a long day at work. He was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. He also went above and beyond to get the best interest rate for us. Afterwards, we met up again with Mr. May. By this time, it was well after closing and yet he took the time to sinc our phones and explain all the details/features on the truck. After this experience, we are seriously thinking about returning to Five Star Ford to trade in our Honda Pilot for a Ford Explorer. When we do, we will definitely request to work with William May and Freddie Valdovinos again. More
