As a customer, I felt Chad did a great job in making me feel valued. He placed a priority on my time and making the process as smooth as possible. Freddie in Finance was also very professional and efficient. At no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable. Buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do. Hector explained all the ins and outs of the new Mustangs and even gave me a reason to upgrade to the premium over the standard GT offering. I am so glad he did, this is the first ford I have owned and I'm ecstatic with the look, feel, and Performance!! I'll be recommending him to all my friends and colleagues who are in need of a new vehicle in the future, give that man a bonus (so he can loan me money for tires!) and take care of him.
