I shopped several dealerships and heard every trick in the book - including we won't charge for that expensive scotch guard. Really? Keep your Scotch guard. After getting the run around at other places, I went to 5 star ford expecting the same. Big surprise. I met Alfred and he was really awesome. He cut right to the chase. We worked through the discounts and ended up with a price I was happy with. No back and forth with the sales manager. I really never thought I would recommend any car dealership or a salesman for that matter but here it is. 5 Star exceeded my expectations and so did Alfred. Ask for Alfred and also ask for Freddy in finance. You need to have the Freddy Experience - as he puts it. He was really easy to work with. More
Great Team at Five Star Ford in NRH Leased a 2015 Ford Edge. Lee and Melvin handled my deal. They were great. Friendly and professional. Found the Edge we wanted with all the options. Th Leased a 2015 Ford Edge. Lee and Melvin handled my deal. They were great. Friendly and professional. Found the Edge we wanted with all the options. They both explained the details of the lease up front and made sure we were getting what we want. No pressure. Finance person was also friendly and great. One of the best experiences we have had a dealership and we will be back in 3 years when our lease expires. More

He has always been able to answer my questions or solve problems with Sync or our navigation system. He gives a very informative Sync class, for new owners or owners that just need a refresher session. Steven Carter was very helpful in getting our recall issue taken care of while our 2013 Escape was there for a scheduled Auto Butler treatment. Abel Baldazo Sr. is a very cautious and courteous driver for their courtesy car team. John Little sold us our Escape in 2013. He has become a lifelong friend whom we look forward to seeing and visiting with, whenever we have our Escape or 2009 Focus in for service. More
Pleasantly casual, very informative & helpful experience. Every aspect of my first-ever visit to a 5-Star dealership exceeded my expectations. I spent several very interesting hours with David Hardick. David's thorough knowledge of the car I hoped to buy and the finance options available provided the basis to answer the questions on my mind. Questions which brought me to your showroom for resolution. Consider my dilemma: my 2013 Edge Limited has only 18000 miles, has been in my garage most of it's trouble-free life, but the warranty is now gone and I am nervous. Extended warranties are expensive, but car repairs are budget killers. I wonder if I could get the 2015 version of my car for something close to my current payment. I'm guessing I am not unique in this little tale. And so I walk into your beautiful showroom where I meet David. We talk about the Cowboys & Rangers for a little while and David asks THE question "what do you want to accomplish today and how canI help you do that". That question tells me he is more interested in helping me than in selling me. That personal concern was evident again through the finance process with Bob. Clear explanation of terms, conditions and figures. David advised that there was no way I could drive home without a basic systems course. He spent the next 40- minutes or so leading me through the critical steps to get me safely home, and then more time activating my sync system, installing my navigation card, and giving me tips on how to address the sometimes irritable computer lady. You may safely conclude I had a really great afternoon with David and the guys at 5-Star Ford, and I will be back on Sat AM for more training on the features in this great car. (If the Little Cessna I used to fly had some of these features, I might still be flying) . More

No pressure . I've purchased 3 vehicles from the same salesperson, Ollie Jackson, at this dealership. There was no pressure to buy - just the facts and helpfulness I've purchased 3 vehicles from the same salesperson, Ollie Jackson, at this dealership. There was no pressure to buy - just the facts and helpfulness. Ollie is simply FABULOUS to work with! She tells you what you want and/or need to know about the vehicle and then lets you decide. In the Finance Dept. Tut Edwards is your best friend. While he won't pressure you, he does throw suggestions or his thoughts out there for you to consider and decide on. After telling me some information about my financing, he said "just let that marinate for a moment", meaning "think about what I just said and then you (the customer) tell me what you want to do". Very helpful and down to earth. More

The best part of the whole deal...No one tried to push a bunch of crap on me that I didn't want and wouldn't have bought anyway. Third vehicle from this dealer in five years. I live 5.5 hours away. The best place to go in DFW for a new Ford! :-) I am familiar with the Five Star Ford family of dealerships for years. However, what convinced me to do business with them for my Ford purchase (I hav I am familiar with the Five Star Ford family of dealerships for years. However, what convinced me to do business with them for my Ford purchase (I have dreamt of owning and driving a Ford Focus for five years!) is that they visited my place of employment (American Airlines in Fort Worth, TX) and said great things about the dealer such as how all staff is commission-free, they never pressure potential buyers, and how all vehicles do not add on anything extra. I got the names of the staff that visited AA (Crystal Sanders and John Little) and would refer to them throughout the purchase process. When you visit the dealership, they sure live up to their name! An impressive large building with a "farm" of new Fords, ready to be sold! They had a great selection of what I wanted; on Labor Day, there were 3 2015 Ford Focuses I had an eye on. While two of these specific Focuses had already been sold a couple of days later, the dealer received another load of new 2015s! I now had 5 different colors under consideration; I settled on the SE with red exterior and black cloth interior (I decided that I want my Focus to have a "race car" look and feel to it)! I spent most of my time with Crystal during the browsing and purchase process; she was (and still is!) very knowledgeable and knew about my needs and wants! The same goes for John; using the info I received from Grace Lucardi at American Airlines Credit Union, my quoted monthly price from John (I purchased my Focus) at $265 was right on the dollar! (I am currently paying $265.73 through AACU.) Probably the only negative experience with the purchasing process (and doesn't merit any star reduction whatsoever) was that we had to send and receive the loan documents via fax machine. I was a bit nervous at that point, since AACU was only open for a certain amount of hours on Saturdays. It was almost like a Seinfeld "Twix" moment at that time (remember that funny episode at the Saab dealership?), but sooner or later, the purchase process was complete! My dream of owning a Focus has finally come true! I can say that I have done my research: the Focus is what I had expected everything to be! It looks good (especially in red!), it performs really well, and I have tons of interior room! I even like making calls through the stereo and spend much of my time listening to my Sirius radio! (I plan on starting off with a 1-year subscription once my trial runs out!) So please, if you are interested in a new Ford, do speak with Crystal Sanders or John Little! I will certainly do business with them when I get my next new Ford about 10 years from now! Seth More

Brother in law highly recommended the Fusion since he always uses one as a rental and all it took was for me to drive one. This car definitely delivers on performance, comfort and style. It looks and feels like BMW and Lexus. Very good handling and love the 2.0. Would definitely use 5 start Ford again and Destenee was an awesome trooper. She even handled everything my crazy, not so pleasant brother in laws attitude and comments. She made it an even more enjoyable experience. Thanks 5 star! More
