We have personally purchased two vehicles from these guys and another three throughout our company, not to mention the countless referrals to others. From sales to service the experience is greatly genuine . This visit started with a call to Jim Rich about looking at a car for my wife and by the end of the day we were in the exact vehicle she wanted. Understanding business, this is a result of having the appropriate inventory on the ground. There wasn't a need to keep looking or to 'order' what was needed; it was just a matter of finding it on the lot. Jim was excellent to deal with which was no surprise since we've done business before. He genuinely remembered me and my wife from my truck purchase. This is where the visit really impressed me this time. When you go into the back office to sign all of the papers, there is a little feeling of nervousness. We encountered Tut, or 'Tedwards' as my wife accidentally called him from his email address. Tut doesn't have the absolute glamorous part of the job, but he made his process fun and very personable. He's really the kind of guy that doesn't need coffee to be in a good and fun mood! When it came time to get a new vehicle I brought that I bought my 2001 Explorer Sport Trac at Five Star Ford 15 years ago and had a great experience! When it came time to get a new vehicle I brought that very same car back to Five Star to trade. I didn't even consider going to another dealership and I was not disappointed. The first person I encountered during my visit was Randall Swindell. Randall was very informative and low key. I really appreciated the fact that he wasn't pushy about a sale. When I returned two days later with a purchase in mind Randall was not working and I was greeted by his partner, Diron Lintz. Diron had the same sales style as Randall. He was there to help me and work out the details of the sale I had discussed with Randall. The sale went without a hitch and I feel I got a very fair price. I also spoke with Sam O'Reggio in aftermarket sales who described the products available, again with no pressure. My final contact was finance manager Tut Edwards. While working out the financial details I was treated to the Tutman Experience. Tut was very informative as well as funny and entertaining. In closing, I would highly recommend this dealership! They make car buying easy and you will love the experience! More
