The one thing that I really appreciated throughout my visits was her ability to assist me and not be too pushy. I am one that needs space and hard sales representatives tend to wear on my patience, which was not the case with Ms. Dowd. One of his colleagues, Lee Clanton, has been involved in the past several sales through the dealership, and he is top shelf too. These guys are always ready to do what it takes to get what you want and complete the deal. Carlos assisted with going through all the features of my new Explorer. He was so willing to make sure all was set up for me, and explain features. He told me about the classes, which I make attend. He gave me his card in case I get stuck or have questions. Just great. I cannot imagine going through a vehicle purchase without these guys. Bob Little in Finance was so thorough and made the paperwork tolerable. This isn't the first time we've worked with him either. He makes it fun each time. Five Star takes care of their people and they stick around. There is no reason to go to a dealership that plays games with you or doesn't shoot straight. Just go. I addressed my concern to Justin Compton my sakes representative he immediately put me in touch with Johnny Tisdale probably one of the best service writers I've dealt with. He listened to my concerns has the truck checked again and fixed the issue. It would have been very easy to just try and placate me and get me to go away but everyone involved stepped up and did the right things. I have purchased 9 vehicles new and used from 5 star and this is why I keep coming back More
