Five Star Ford had a larger inventory of the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase thus it seemed only logical that I would be able to buy my vehicle there. The sales staff was very competent and helpful in fulfilling my wishes. Not only was I able to purchase the vehicle that I wanted, but came away from the experience feeling good about the decision that I had made. Although I don't normally recommend car dealerships because everyone has their own reasons for visiting one dealership vs. another, I would say that Five Star Ford is worthy of consideration for anyone looking for a more enjoyable car-buying experience. Justin had the new Escape cleaned and pulled up to the showroom, ready for a test drive. I was also returning a lease vehicle. Just a couple of signatures and this was done, Kenneth in finance completed the paperwork with no hassles or high pressure selling of any kind.
