Within about 10 minutes I received an e-mail back recommending the best way for me to proceed, along with some really great estimates of how a deal could work out with my trade-in! I went to 5 Star NRH the next day and in practically no time, I was in my new Escape for a test drive, got back, and with a big thumbs up I was in the Finance office wrapping things up!
