I leased an F-150 back in 2012 and my lease was coming due. I came into the dealership and Alfred was there and able to explain all my options I had. Due to recent life changes (new house, upcoming wedding) I told Alfred that I was looking to lease a new F-150 but needed to reduce my monthly payments. Alfred worked with me and found a new truck that I love. Both times working with Alfred it has been after I get off work and in the evening, and both times I was there until 10-11pm. I never once got the opinion that any of the employees, including Anthony in Finance, were annoyed with me closing a deal at 11pm, but rather were happy to help. In all my experiences with Alfred, and Five Star Ford, I have felt that they are on my team working for me, rather than trying to make the quick sale. I will continue to business with Five Star Ford, and specifically Alfred for years to come! Thanks for being great! More

Not your Typical Car Buying Experence I walked into this dealership with a lot of hesitation because I HATE buying cars from dealerships. I have had all around bad experiences where I end I walked into this dealership with a lot of hesitation because I HATE buying cars from dealerships. I have had all around bad experiences where I end up buying more of a car than I want that costs me more than what I wanted to pay. I sat down with Jeff and Heather and they gave me a couple of keys, showed me the cars I was interested in and I got to drive the car and experience it without either of them trying to sell me on the deal. They took the time to allow me to figure out if I actually enjoyed the car before they hit me with their pitch. When I decided I liked the car, Jeff asked me what features I was looking for and what color I wanted. He searched in his Database and found the exact car I was looking for. He gave me good advice on what features are worth buying, and what features I really don't need to spend the extra money on. When I was set on the car, Jeff handed me a piece of paper with the price they were willing to sell the car. I looked at the price and was shocked. It was well below the MSRP and right in my budget. I was confused because I was expecting to have to fight with several people in order to bring the price down to what I was comfortable paying. This was not the case. Jeff simply gave me the price they were willing to sell the car. Jeff and Heather never pressured me, they were simply trying to provide an opportunity for me to buy the exact car I was looking for. This whole experience exceeded my expectations, but they even went beyond that. I am a dedicated customer that will only buy cars from Five Star Ford and will gladly point anyone I know to Five Star Ford. More
