A cut above I went into the dealership upside down in a used vehicle I had purchased a few months earlier from another dealership. When I got that vehicle I knew it had high mileage. What I didn't plan on was how fast I would be adding to that mileage. I needed to get out of that vehicle, and David, Bobby, and the rest of the Five Star team worked with me to get me into a brand new vehicle with no hassle! I was very happy that I got to pick the exact vehicle I wanted. You don't know what a good vehicle purchasing experience is until you've had a bad one. I went into this deal hyper-sensitive over a deal I never should have done with the other guys. I should have just gone to Five Star FIRST! Needless to say, Five Star has won my repeat business! On a side note, I want to also thank the staff at the reception desk. I didn't get their names, but there were two ladies there who were most helpful in answering my initial questions, getting me in touch with David, as well as assisting me after the fact with my license plate concerns.
