Amazing Experience I couldn't be happier with my experience at Five Star Ford. To deal with someone over the phone and via e-mail from two hours away can't be convenient I couldn't be happier with my experience at Five Star Ford. To deal with someone over the phone and via e-mail from two hours away can't be convenient for a salesperson, but Justin never once made me feel like I was a burden. When I spoke to him at the very beginning of everything, I told him my situation and his exact words were "I'm not trying to sell you a car, I'm trying to help you get into a car you'll love." He understood all of my concerns, answered all of my questions and came up with the best solutions. He had gotten me approved and in the car I wanted without any hassle. They waited on us to arrive driving in from Palestine and we didn't arrive until after 9, but they waited and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. When we left Palestine we had agreed to a deal and were on our way to get the Tahoe, then when we arrived, Justin met us in the parking lot, showed us the car to make sure it was exactly what I wanted, and then took us into the finance department where the finance guy had gotten us an even better deal without us asking or questioning it! That to me is AMAZING service. Not to mention the dealership is immaculate. I know we live in Palestine, but we will definitely buy our future vehicles at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills! More
