Chad was professional, responded quickly and accurately to my emails and was a pleasure to to business with. Tut Edwards was, truly, the best finance manager I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He was fast (which is unheard of in my experience), didn't try to sell me a ton of add-ons, explained everything I was signing and careful to double-check everything. The Tutman Experience (tm) was impressive and I will be the standard I hold any future FM up to. When I came into your dealer, I was on the fence between leasing another Chevy Volt (what I was driving at the time) or the Fusion Energi. Both are excellent vehicles with pros and cons to weigh. The thing that really tipped the scales in Ford's favor was the excellent service these guys provided. Not one of the DFW Chevy dealers treated my business as important nor did they even seem interested in selling the Volt. It was clear that your guys care about plugin vehicles and why they are important to people like myself. Thanks! More

He was spot on for his estimates in my financing and made the purchase fairly straightforward. The only spot for improvement would be the finance department, as with any other dealership they can be very pushy and make the signing part a little uncomfortable. I had my husband there for support and walked away with my brand new Edge which I love so much! I respect Mel and appreciate his process, he is a pleasure to work with. More

He was so friendly and caring and really made the whole process stress-free, smooth, and surprisingly quick once the decision was made. He made sure extra care was taken in preparing my vehicle and made sure I was well informed before sending me on my way. Great example of how a salesman should be! I went with my husband to Five Star Ford to look for a Fusion. Joe was the only salesman that walked out to greet us (unless it was just coincidence). I am always leery about going into dealerships because of how bombarded you can get. Joe approached us very kindly, which we appreciated. He was patient and answered all of our questions throughout the process. He even waited around until we were completely done rather than just dumping us on Finance and leaving.
