Five Star Ford

Fantastic Job Guys! I called Five Star Ford on Tuesday (5/13) with the intention of finding a car that could save me money on gas mileage. The Honda that I had (not impr I called Five Star Ford on Tuesday (5/13) with the intention of finding a car that could save me money on gas mileage. The Honda that I had (not impressed AT ALL with gas mileage from this car) needed to go! So, Aaron Dias picks up the phone and I give him a vague description of what I'm looking for, he tells me he'll get on it. A couple hours pass while I'm enjoying my day off and I get a return call from Aaron asking me to come up to 5 star and get the Honda appraised for a trade-in value (appraised higher than I anticipated). I grab some flip flops and a hat then head that way. When I arrive, Aaron of course greets me and takes the car to be appraised. Since I was waiting for my wife to get off work before finalizing anything I went ahead and picked out the car and we returned later that night to finalize paperwork. Aaron was incredibly personable and very friendly, he obviously takes great pride in watching customers leave happy and content with their new purchase. We couldn't have asked for anything more from him. When we returned that night, as I mentioned earlier it was to finalize paperwork and take the car home. After waiting for about 10 minutes and talking to Aaron, Anthony (the finance manager) comes in and greets us. Anthony has a look on his face that concerned us. He explained that although the financing had already been approved for X amount, he really felt as though he could get our payment even lower and he PROMISED that, no matter what he would get it where he thought they should be. Now mind you, we had already agreed on terms that were more than happy with (lower payments than the Honda and much better gas mileage than what we already had, not to mention 5 years newer and with SYNC.....). So he insisted that we go ahead and take the new car home that night and at our convenience the following day come back and everything would be ready to sign at the LOWER payment that he was confident he could get for us. Let me take a second to add here, because it's important.... Anthony/Aaron/FIVE STAR FORD ALREADY HAD A CUSTOMER AND A NEW CAR PURCHASE COMPLETELY SECURED WITH US. There was no need for them to take any extra steps (it certainly was not at our request) to put us in the car, BUT THEY DID and it clicked that all the 5 star reviews I had read were for good reason! We returned the next morning after dropping the kids off at school and grabbing some coffee. When we arrived we went into Anthony's office to begin the paperwork, after greeting us and exchanging pleasantries Anthony got hard at work. He wasn't printing out paperwork yet which had us wondering what was going on... He explained that he wasn't going to get us in the car for the payments he had promised us the night before but instead he had negotiated with Wells Fargo to get us into the car for an EVEN LOWER PAYMENT ($20 LOWER) then what was promised. Are you kidding me?!?! We finished up the financing aspect of it in about 30 minutes and Happily went our separate ways for the day. There is a reason Five Star Ford does as well as it does, and in my opinion it's because they value EVERY single customer that comes in the door, they go above and beyond to make you feel at home, make sure you end up in a car that your happy with, and it doesn't stop there, apparently it's also a huge priority for them to work their tails off for you during the most important process.... FINANCING. My wife and I couldn't be happier with the treatment we received at Five Star, and you better believe that for my money..... When it's time to trade the truck in I already know I'm giving Aaron and Anthony a call. Thank You guys! 5 star treatment all the way around! You have a customer for LIFE! More

It did take quite a while to get back and sign the papers, however. But while we waited, our truck was being detailed and gassed up. We have two very close friends that are looking for a vehicle and are very interested in coming out to five-star Ford after we told them about our experience. My husband and I always recommend great products and services to our friends and family. I will be bringing our truck back on Wednesday to get a dent fixed and look forward to more great customer service. I would definitely recommend Randall and five star ford to anyone looking for a car or truck. More

Good people here! I have been taking my cars to 5 star now for almost 10 years. I have been very pleased with the service I have received and the professionalism that I have been taking my cars to 5 star now for almost 10 years. I have been very pleased with the service I have received and the professionalism that exists here. I have been to other dealer brand service centers (Lexus, Mercedes, Toyota, Chevrolet, and even other Ford service centers) and the atmosphere here is very unique. You get the sense that these guys aren't out to squeeze every last penny out of you - they will let you know what needs to be serviced, and what can probably wait. They keep you updated about your cars' progress, and they never once make you feel bad for having to keep a loaner vehicle for an extra day or two if you can't get back to the dealership RIGHT when your car is ready to pick it up. One service advisor, Jonathan Pankrez, stands out from the rest. I started with Jonathan, and he was honestly the person that ensured a return the second time. He did take a hiatus for a little while, and I was indeed connected with a fantastic service writer in his absence.....but I'm sure glad Jonathan is back. He's what makes the service department over there so special. More

Aaron Dias is an outstanding salesperson, friendly, competent and entertaining. Tut Edwards, finace department, is efficient, professional, low-pressure and a snappy dresser. Long version - NEVER AGAIN WILL I SIT IN A SMALL ROOM AND BE BADGERED!!! We recently lost our only vehicle in a wreck and had to get a new car in a short period of time. We knew we wanted a little suv but not exactly which one. We spent two days visiting multiple dealerships, Subaru, Chevy, Mazda, Ford, Toyota, you name it. In practically every instance, we were badgered to make a choice "What will it take to get a new car today??!!!" and it was made difficult for us to leave. Since we were under the gun, we did eventually buy a vehicle that we are happy with, although we may have paid too much LOL Next we had to get a new truck, but now there is no rush, and we knew that we wanted a Ford F-150 - I contacted a number of internet sales depts and had them give me the numbers. Aaron Dias was by FAR the most helpful, friendly, pressure-free salesperson I contacted. PLUS - he gave me the best price. I had gotten another price from a different dealer, and I was warned that they would add all kinds of things, like bed liners, tint, etc etc and I would not get the truck for the price they quoted. I asked Aaron for the 'bottom line' and the price he quoted was EXACTLY the price that was given to me when we went to purchase the truck, to the penny. Tut Edwards in the finance department is professional, quick, and also entertaining (and a very snappy dresser). He handled the financing in an efficient way and we were out of there in no time. There was no real pressure to purchase extended warranties, or other expenses. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FIVE STAR FORD to purchase a new Ford, and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AARON DIAS as your salesman, he is really funny. I've had occasion to get a price for service and they were in the mid-range of prices quoted, so I trust their service department, too. This is the best car purchase experience I've ever had. I will never shop in person again. Shop online for your next car and don't be fooled by low price quotes - make sure you ask the dealer for their "out the door" bottom line, the other low-quote dealer (Grand Prairie Ford) would not give me that number, and finally admitted that yes, the truck had a bed liner and all kinds of add-ons.that were to be added to the price when I came to pick it up. So just save yourself trouble and go to Five Star Ford in the first place. More

We discussed features and cost throughout the entire process. She was very knowledgeable about everything and I can not express how helpful she was to me. Anthony made the financing end of everything very painless. Freddie was extremely knowledgeable about all of the features of my new car and took the time to make sure I knew how to work everything before I left. I have never had an entire group of people work so hard to please their customers. When I left with my new car, I felt like they treated me like I had bought the most expensive vehicle they had.
