Sean introduced us to Crystal, who became familiar with our situation, and started working relentlessly to find something in our price range that we loved. We didn't intend on purchasing anything until Aug/Sept, but Crystal was able to work up a deal that fit our budget and allowed us to purchase now instead of waiting. We met with Anthony to work out the financing portion, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as well. But the most important and appreciated trait that they both shared was being up front, honest, and patient. We never felt any pressure from anyone for the sake of making a sale. Our next visit in was spent with John, Kevin and Jimmie who were also very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure we knew they were there to help with anything we needed. I've never had an experience like this before with a dealership, and I would definitely recommend them to others. More

The whole time it was about what I wanted and what could work, not her pushing the sale, which was a big stress reliever. Eventually, I decided on a new Fusion to help build credit, and it had all the little extra features I wanted. Best part? We were done in under 4 hours. 4 HOURS!! That's unheard of to me. So, my experience has been great! This will be the 8th car in my family that we have purchased from Doreen at 5 star ford in NRH. That's a great team there :) More

Quality of work was bad because I had to bring my car back three times to get the windshield washer fixed properly... and when they did get it fixed, they left a connector for one of the fuel and exhaust back three times to get the windshield washer fixed properly... and when they did get it fixed, they left a connector for one of the fuel and exhaust sensors unplugged causing my check engine light to come on as I left the dealership for the third time. But the real story is about Jonathan Pankrez and Robert Morgan. The Customer Service was GREAT! Robert Morgan, Service Manager, was really sincere in his effort to make the bad situation better. He arranged for a loaner car for me so they could keep the car long enough to really find the root cause of the windshield washer failures... which they finally did! Jonathan Pankrez, Service Writer,went deep into what happened at the service center that could have caused the check engine light to come on, then volunteered to come by my house on his way home from work to look things over to see if he could fix it on the spot. As it turned out, it was something easy to fix... a cable that had not been plugged back in when the washer work was completed. Jonathan took photos of the disconnected cable (for training purposes for the techs), plugged the cable back in, and wished me well. In 50 years of car ownership I can't recall ever having someone make a "house call" to help fix a problem with one of my cars. I still have reservations about the quality and workmanship at the 5 Star Service Center, but I get the feeling Robert Morgan is on the right track to improve things. And Jonathan Pankrez has earned my respect as a dedicated service guy. I'll always ask for him when I return to 5 Star Ford. My thanks go to them for making a bad situation MUCH BETTER! My wife brought my F 350 in for an oil change because of a light that came on. I had her call and she spoke with Jonathan. He explained what needed to be done. When my wife told me he has returned I was elated. I value Jonathan's honest opinion and he is one of a kind. When we bought our 2005 F 150 for my wife, over the years of servicing her vehicle Jonathan was always a gentleman and showed my wife nothing but respect in dealing with her. He explained everything to her and gave her a print out and explained what they meant. She really respected him for treating her with such courteously. Thank you for having a true gentleman that can deal with us men but can be understanding and treat my wife with such respect. Jonathan's professionalism is to be applauded. My husband and I just leased a 2014 Fusion. This makes the 6th vehicle that we have purchased with Five Star and with Jeff.
