I went into this whole first time car buying experience with a negative attitude, thinking I was going to get sucked into buying something I couldn't afford....kind of like how the mother ship of an alien with a negative attitude, thinking I was going to get sucked into buying something I couldn't afford....kind of like how the mother ship of an alien planet would hone in and scoop up unsuspecting innocent humans. To my surprise it was a VERY pleasant experience, and Chad was not at all a terrorizing extra terrestrial :). Chad was very nice, down to earth, and genuine. I felt like he was VERY sincere about getting me a good car for a fair price. For every review there has to be 50 more people who were just too lazy to fill out a survey. Let me just say this-I rarely do surveys, in fact I tend to only fill them out only if I have something negative to say. That sounds horrible, but good service is hard to come by. Chad wasn't good, he was GREAT! And the finance department guy (I can't remember his name) was just as awesome! I WILL be a life long customer of Five Star Ford as long as Chad is the sales rep, and that ladies and gentlemen is a wrap. More
