I had found a f250 on line from a different dealership and just wanted to see what they were like ,I was greeted by mr Hardick and told him what I was doing. And he was still very helpfull. He ask for the chance to earn my business and see if he could match the other dealers price. I said at that time I wanted to go talk to the other dealer, to which he was still very nice and gave me his card and asked if he could call me later.. I after that had spoken to my credit union who said they had a person there that they deal with, who I called and at that point things went down hill, I found this person unhelpful and unable to answer any question even saying that the other dealer ship was lying and that they could not do it at that price they had stated even after I had told her I had just got off the phone with them!!! I got to the point of just saying thanks and hung up!! I was just getting ready to call the other dealer ship and arranger to pick up the f250.. I received a call from mr Hardick and told him sorry I was getting the truck from other place and told him what had happened and said all I was asking for was a price five star ford could sell truck for with no bs and told him the lady I spoke to could not give me that info and said it all depends of different things which I said pissed me off as I just wanted straight answers!! Mr Hardick asked me to give him a few min of my time and he would help? Within five min he had given me the answers I wanted and I was in the dealership within the hour signing for the new truck!!!! Also the finance gentle man who I can't remember his name was excellent and also did a fantastic job and won my confidence in wanting to buy again as this was my first new car buying experience.....
