Financing was handled by Tut Edwards, who also answered all questions and provided sound information/perspective on both current and future options. Lee was diligent in checking in with me regularly while I waited and worked with Tut. Jimmie Matthews was thorough in explaining the features of my vehicle upon delivery, as well as indicating classes and one-on-one training, as needed. It was a busy day (12/30/13) and, due to some expected wait time, I had the opportunity to talk with several other employees that were not involved in my sale/lease. Everyone was positive, upbeat, knowledgeable AND had all been working at Five Star Ford for many years (the receptionist for 27!). In the transient world of car sales, this impressed me. They truly had a family atmosphere amongst them and genuinely seemed committed to building long-term relationships based on service, support and excellence, and not just in selling a car. I look forward to many years of service with Five Star Ford and wholeheartedly endorse them to potential customers without reservation. More

I bought my 2013 Ford Truck from Tony Mellado in Dec. 2012 and was highly pleased with his treatment of me as a valued customer. Therefore when my wife decided to buy a new vehicle in Jan 2014, we consi 2012 and was highly pleased with his treatment of me as a valued customer. Therefore when my wife decided to buy a new vehicle in Jan 2014, we considered a Ford Escape for her. I called Tony Mellado at Five Star Ford and told him we were interested in the Ford Escape and wanted him to be our salesman in case we did decide to go with the Ford rather than Honda etc. Later I called Tony again and asked him the best time to come in to avoid the numbers of people in the showroom (less crowded) and he advised me on that, so we made an appointment to meet him early one weekday morning. We arrived there this morning and Tony was prompt, on time and ready to help us. He had one car we had given him the inventory number of, ready to look at, but we eventually found another Ford Escape on their lot that was more suited to our wants and needs. The entire time from when we walked in the door until we had paid for the car and done the paperwork was only around 3 hours. We drove home and allowed the dealership another 3 hours for make-ready to install the Sky Link hardware and to get the vehicle cleaned and ready for delivery. It was ready and parked in front when we arrived at 3PM this afternoon. Another young computer expert showed us the way the electronics on the vehicle works, as most of it was new to us. We really enjoyed working with Tony Mellado, and the people at Five Star Ford, meeting the service department people, the "add on" people and finance/papers folks. Highly recommend Five Star and Tony. More

There were other cars I liked equally well but the deciding factor was how I felt when I was at this dealership. The entire process was smooth and efficient from vehicle selection to when I left with my keys - approximately 1 hour after I made my decision. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. When I returned a week later for some follow up details my sales person wasn't there, but I was promptly taken care of by another gentleman who took the time to show me some additional features on my car I was unaware of. I'm very pleased with my purchase and look forward to dealing with this dealership in the future. More
