We've recently moved back to N. Richland Hills. We were driving our Edge and a message came on saying our SD navigation card was faulty. Since we were driving to Disneyland the next day, this was an were driving our Edge and a message came on saying our SD navigation card was faulty. Since we were driving to Disneyland the next day, this was an immediate problem. We drove into the Ford dealership. (We lived in Houston when we purchased the car, but had bought our Explorer from Five Star years before.) The gentleman who came to our window saw the message and right away went for Ron Baron. Ron immediately gave us the feeling he was concerned about our problem. (Even though the place was full of cars needing servicing before Christmas travel.) He investigated and worked a few minutes. He could have insisted we leave the car for a couple of days, but didn't. He assured us they would do everything they could to get us on the road with a working navigation system. When things he tried didn't fix the problem, he brought in another employee, Jonathan Pankrez. We recognized Jonathan, who had helped us when we bought our Explorer. Five Star service was so exceptional then, too. Jonathan worked at finding a way to help us. He was persistent and refused to give up. He was professional, knowledgeable and extremely personable. But maybe his greatest trait was he cared. Thanks to that, we didn't have to miss a day of seeing our granddaughter meet Cinderella. These two men should be trainers of all your employees. Called and scheduled a wash and reapplication of paint protection. Jonathan looked at my home address, noted I came from Arlington and told me he would try to get it finished before 5. We were greeted at the door by Tim Bevill who immediately welcomed us and offered to show us an array of new Ford vehicles. After driving a Flex and then the Taurus we thought the Taurus offered more of w welcomed us and offered to show us an array of new Ford vehicles. Next I indicated to Tim a preference for chrome wheels and he advised they were available on the upgrade Limited model. We selected a color and Tim located the car at another store and made arrangements to get it brought to Five Star Ford. We discussed my cost of the new automobile and settled on a bottom line figure. The time was now late Saturday afternoon and we would have to continue the transaction on Monday. I went shopping for alternative financing at the credit union where I belong for 25 years but was turned off and away by the loaning officer. I reached home and phoned Alfred El-Darazi who immediately informed me Ford Credit had already approved my credit and the car would be at Five Star that evening. We agreed to meet on Tuesday at 1530 to close the deal. Bob Little prepared the documentation and after discussion of options we were able to finalize the sale on the spot. A win win situation for all parties. We are well pleased with our new Taurus Limited and look forward to a long relationship with Ford products. i f More

I am also the Manager over 2 local DFW Gas Processing and Treating facilities, I have 15 employees with a vehicle fleet of 12. Several F-150's, a few 250's, 450"s, and a 550. I have been using FSF NRH for over 5 years for all my service needs regarding these vehicles and my own personal vehicles. Excellent service - ready when I arrived at appointed time - service order completed in minutes - and ride home scheduled immediately. Truck was ready within 2 hours and van picked me up for return to time - service order completed in minutes - and ride home scheduled immediately.
