I was instructed to take my car to your service center but got to it after they'd already closed. Feeling very frustrated I figured I'd try the other location in NRH to see what I could do before giving up and going home. I was met by a super nice salesman(who I can't for the life of me remember his name) went above and beyond taking my keys and telling me he'd have one of their guys drive it over to the service shop in the morning so I didn't have to miss work the next day. I told myself then that when I was ready to buy another vehicle I was coming back to this place. My rental car turned out to be the Ford Fusion SE which I immediately fell in love with and knew that was going to be my next car and I'd be getting it from Five Star Ford in NRH. When I went in to look at the Fusion I was immediately greeted by such a warm and friendly salesman. Alfred El-Darazi treated me as if I were his daughter getting my first vehicle and I felt I could completely trust him. Made the entire experience extremely easy and stress free. I will absolutely recommend him to everyone looking for another vehicle. He then passed us over to Tut who handled the finance part of it and he was also extremely nice and made that part of it very quick and easy. He got me a fantastic rate which I was even shocked to get. Overall you guys are excellent,my experience completely exceeded my expectations! keep up the good work! More

Good vehicle selection and responsive sales staff. We were pleased with the explanations of the lease and purchase options available to us. We were compensated with one month lease payment which helps the situation but two months would have been better. We are very satisfied with the vehicle so far.
