I took my truck to these guys and they took great care of me, I had to get all of my spark plugs replaced and was going to cost 500$. Jonathan found that there was a cracked spark plug that had been that way me, I had to get all of my spark plugs replaced and was going to cost 500$. Jonathan found that there was a cracked spark plug that had been that way for a long time so he talked to robert morgan and they covered the whole cost except for the 100$ deductible WHICH WAS AWESOME NEWS. The reason why I would recommend this service department over anyone else is because they treat you like one of the family and keep you informed about your vehicle. More

Since it was the last weekend of 2013, Marisa was extremely busy but directed us to Chad Ritter and guided him through options for me a new vehicle. Coming out of a Lexus they offered a test drive on the Ford Explorer Limited. The car rode smoother than the Lexus and offered more updated options than my current 2005 model. The price of the Explorer, along with the many updated options, weighed our decision heavily on going with a Ford vehicle. Marisa was there throughout the process whether it be via text messages with Chad or stopping to insure we were receiving the best options for the price. Marisa was with us for the final sale and delivery of the vehicle. It was the end of the night and she walked us through all the electronic options the Explorer offers. She even provided a contact name who will offer one-on-one for the many features the Ford My Touch has to offer. I can understand why my husband prefers purchasing a Ford, Marisa is a large part his choice. Her customer service and satisfaction is second to none. She will do everything in her power to have you leave in a vehicle you choose, at the price you choose. She is a no-nonsense "car saleswoman" and doesn't give a lot of smoke and mirrors as most of us are used to. If you are straight up and honest about your purchase and financial desires she will give the same in return. If you are shopping for a vehicle I would highly suggest asking for Marisa Thompson at Five Star Ford in NRH. We also optioned in to a lease, which neither of us has even considered prior to this vehicle. It was the easiest and most professional experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. I drove past many Ford Dealership including the one here in Tyler where we live to come there.
