This is the second vehicle I have gotten from Marrisa myself not counting the ones my husband has purchased from her. She is the best person to deal with,you tell her what you are looking for and she bri myself not counting the ones my husband has purchased from her. On Oct. 25th of this year (2013) I brought my 2011 Ford Fiesta in for service. Over the past year (Oct 2012-Oct 2013) I had taken my car to another Ford dealership (not worth mentioning) because on cold d Fiesta in for service. Over the past year (Oct 2012-Oct 2013) I had taken my car to another Ford dealership (not worth mentioning) because on cold days It was difficult to start and on two occasions the transmission locked. I was told over and over that there was no problem detected. It was suggested (by an outside source) I take my car to Five Star Ford in N. Richland Hills. I called and made an appointment with Todd McDorman to bring my car in for diognostic check. Todd listened patiently to my concerns and assured me that they (Five Star) would look into every possiblity. They also provided a loner car for me to use at no cost. Within 2-3 hours Todd called to let me know that they were able to pin point the problem and that it had been corrected. I can now say, with a simile on my face, that I have had no cold weather/hot weather problems since. I highly recommend Five Star in North Richland Hills for all new or used vehicle servicing. More

The dealership is courteous, very efficient with the customer's time (very important), and the salesman, Mr. Alfred El-Darazi was very concerned and direct with our needs and questions. I have been a 5 Star Ford customer for over 6 years and have been involved with 3 vehicle purchases in that time frame. Every time I have visited 5 Star Ford I have worked with Tut and he is simply the bes have been involved with 3 vehicle purchases in that time frame. I worked with Tut when he was a salesman and I have worked with him in his new position in the Finance Dept and I would not want to work with anyone else. Jeff Smith is a car selling rock star! He made buying a car FUN!! I felt like he listened to my needs, acted in my best interest and treated me with respect. I bought this car for my 16 year old daughter a car FUN!! I felt like he listened to my needs, acted in my best interest and treated me with respect. I bought this car for my 16 year old daughter and I felt it was important for her to be a part of the process. It was the simple things she noticed as a 16 year old. Here are her comments: - " wow, I can't believe they let you drive the car without them in the car! They really trust us" - " Jeff talked to ME and listened to me" - " I like this place better than all the rest momma" It is the little things that make the biggest differnce. Jeff made new customers for life. I appreciated his follow up with me and how quickly he comminicated with me. He was calm, easy going and a true delight to work with! I must also say that Kelly was a delight to work with as well. His charm, charasmatic personality and right hook instantly put us at all ease. (joke! he will get it) After we decided that we would buy the car - I dreaded the whole finance part. I absolutely HATE going into the finance man's office. I hate the pushy in your face approach tactics that most dealership deliver. I was in total shock from the moment Tut came and got me from the waiting area. He was friendly, funny and energetic. I said - I want GAP and thats it. He didn't put the hard sell on me to get other bells and whistles and I truly appreciated that. We were litereally in and out of his office in less than an hour. I am still in shock at the FUN we had in his office. I mean who can say they ever have fun in a finance office! Well I can! and I am sure everyone that has had the pleasure of working with Tut can too. I don't know if Mr. Sam Pack reads these surveys - but I want him to know that he should be incredibly proud of his staff in North Richland Hills. They truly carry out his vision of excellence.
