I was looking for a used car and I had already been to two other dealerships. One the day before and one the morning before I went to Five Star Ford. I had been online looking as well a couple of days prior to my visit to Five Star Ford and I had found absolutely nothing. I arrived at Five Star Ford around 12:45 or !:00 pm frustrated and tired. It had been raining all morning and very, very cold out. I called ahead and spoke with Kevin Jones he told me to come on out and that they had a lot to choose from and that they would be waiting for me. When I arrived he introduced himself to me and explain that they were a team of 3. Everyone came over and introduced themselves and John went out and located the vehicles that were in my price range so that he would know exactly where they were. So I wouldn't have to be out in the cold for a long period of time. Nevertheless he told me what they had and the very first vehicle he showed me was the one I purchased. They were friendly, courteous, considerate, insightful, and very professional. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I normally don't like car salesman they have always made me feel like I was being taken advantage of or lied to but not in this case.
