We were looking to purchase a vehicle through USAA's On-line Car Buying Service. We found the 2013 Taurus Limited we were interested in at 5 Star Ford - Richland Hills, Texas. We walked through the door and by the time we were half way down the dealership Alfred spotted us. He was very welcoming with a smile on his face.
