Yesterday I brought in our '08 Ford Escape for some repairs. I had recently had a lower steering shaft u joint replaced by another dealer, who I will NEVER go to again. Jonathan has been my Service Adv repairs. I had recently had a lower steering shaft u joint replaced by another dealer, who I will NEVER go to again. Jonathan has been my Service Advisor for many years, and I have complete trust in him for anything having to do with our vehicles. I didn't have an appointment, and they still were able to still fit me in. Richard was unable to find any problem, or get the car to duplicate the noise. He actually took the time to drive with me, and check everything just to be sure. The level of care that he provided was outstanding, and did not let me leave until I was sure everything was ok. Since 1990, I have purchased 10 vehicles from Five Star NRH, and have ALWAYS had good results. Every member of the staff go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of properly, and yesterday was no exception. These are really good people, who provide excellent customer service.
