Marisa was referred to me by a coworker. From the time I walked into the store until I left the store my experience was WOW! I wish every sales person was like Marisa. This is my third F150 and the second one I purchased from this dealership. Upon delivery of this truck I noticed a loud wind noise on the driver side when I reached 45 MPH. I never had that happen with my pr this dealership. Upon delivery of this truck I noticed a loud wind noise on the driver side when I reached 45 MPH. I never had that happen with my previous trucks. I took the truck in to be checked and Sean was nice enough to take it for a test ride with me. He agreed the noise was above the normal level and arranged an appointment for me. He also arranged for a loaner truck as well. He knew I had to go to straight to work the day of the appointment and had me in and out in a flash. Sean called and let me know the truck was ready for pickup that evening. He explained what the issue was and how it was repaired. He also mentioned that if I had any further problems to give him a call. I give Sean and 5 Star Ford a two thumbs up. You guys are AWESOME! Thank you for a great product backed by exellent service.
