When I finally paid a visit to your dealership, it was because I was ready to go beyond thinking about a new car and ready to actually look at/experience the real thing. Tim wasn't on site the day I came, but John Little stepped in and was very considerate and helpful. I hadn't come to purchase a car. I had been driving a '98 Saturn SL and was quite attached to it. It had served me well and was that wonderful thing called "paid for", but I knew the repairs it needed would cost more than it was worth. Before I knew what was happening, and in spite of my protests that I was only there to look, there it was! A beautiful Kodiak Brown (a shimmery, copper brown color) Escape (did I mention the wheels sparkle, too?) with more technology than I knew a car could have.
