Was a nasty cold day, but we drove out in the brand new truck that we wanted, and at a very good price also. Love the performance, and the look of our new Ford Truck. When I get ready to buy another vehicle I will be looking David up again. My company uses Five Star for our fleet trucks. This was our first buying experience with Five Star. We have received calls in the past, but it just wasn't convenient for us to buy. This time, my lease was up and I was interested in a new Escape, so Jo have received calls in the past, but it just wasn't convenient for us to buy. Josh had a car ready for us to look at (as promised), and rather than make us wait while he finished with his current customer, he turned us over to Aaron, who was absolutely and refreshingy delightful. We actually enjoyed the experience, if you can believe that. No mouse-house nonsense; a price quote that we could understand, and it didn't take us painful hours to complete. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful, no matter the question. We even went back for a Saturday class on how to use the Sync process and the instructor offered personal assistance for us - we are such technical boobs! I have to say that I am very pleased - and surprised to be saying this at all. I would highly recommend Five Star to anyone who is interested in purchasing or leasing a Ford vehicle. More
