When we finally made the decision on which type vehicle we were interested in, he worked to find just the right fit in color and features we were looking for and in our price range. Aaron followed a phone call early the next morning and kept in contact with us all day working to make us happy. Upon arrival, he worked tirelessly to get our deal just where we needed to be financially, all while working with other customers. We never felt we were being neglected. Bob Little was the F&I person who worked with us. He got us in and out very quickly and didn't push (too hard) to sell us other products once we explained our financial constraints. Kolynn Smith walked up to us as he caught me going through a manual on my car radio. He talked with us about all the features of our new car and explained his dealership offered classes on Saturdays to give us further knowledge. When our car had been detailed and ready to go, Kolynn sat in the car and painstakingly worked with me to get my phone synced and explain some features that are quit impressive. He told me if I had any questions or I felt I needed a one-on-one class to contact Aaron and they would get me set-up. He gave me a card and said I could call with questions as well. I don't if all dealerships offer this service, but as a 50 something person, this service is quit impressive! More

I am really glad we met Jeff Smith. He is very friendly and was the first person to greet us before we ever got to the front door. Our experience was very nice. He also informed me of the free classes on saturday mornings for the sync services that I will be attending to learn more about my new vehicle. I had a great experience with this dealership. I first went to Big Spring Ford looking for a Shelby Mustang. After a long run around, they could not find me one, after they had already run my credit and went to Big Spring Ford looking for a Shelby Mustang. I then decided to check Five Star Ford and asked for a salesman and was transfered to William. He took all my information over the phone since I had to drive 4 hours to Fort Worth so that he would have everything ready when I got there. I arrived around 4:30 p.m. and was approved by 5:30, due to Big Spring Ford not being willing to fax my approval over, William had to restart the process for me. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the sales staff. I was never pressured into anything. I will defiently be back in a year or two to buy my wifes truck from this dealership. They were able to get me into the car of my dreams!!! I have actually sent a friend there to get him a Shelby Mustang also. Thank you again William! More

We went on a test drive and Lee offered to give us a quote. The price of the car was lower than we thought we would ever get, so we purchased the vehicle. The entire process was completely laid back and non-pressuring. We have had bad experiences in the past buying a car, and this gave us new hope for future purchases. We genuinely appreciate everything that Lee did for us, and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a hassle-free car buying experience. More
