I had great experience with Five Star Ford In North Richland Hills. We went o look at the new Excape, Edge and Explorer.I currently drove a 2001 Escape that I loved and was personally attached to. So I Richland Hills. We went o look at the new Excape, Edge and Explorer.I currently drove a 2001 Escape that I loved and was personally attached to. So I was not sure how I would feel about another car. Aaron was going to have the cars I was interested in brought up for me to test drive as it was a cold day. I told him I would rather walk the lot if he did not mind. He put on his coat and away we went.I was not sure about the new Escape body style, as I loved my old one. I had my list of "must haves" on the new car. We were heading for the Edges when I spotted the "White Platinum" Escape Titanium. I drove it first, I was hooked. I think Aaron new I would be. I drove the Edge and it was nice but it did not "fit" like the Escape. I tried the Explorer but I could not reach the floor after I got the seat adjusted. After that it was pretty much just doing the paper work and driving away. It was hard for me to leave my old Escape but everyone at Five Star made it a little easier. More

The best first new truck buying experience I could have expected! I gave my salesman a list of exactly everything I wanted on my first new truck because they didn't have what I wanted on the lot. We were so pleased with our whole buying experience. Justin was great with us. The experience was fun and not stressful. Our other experiences at other places have not been this pleasant.
